There are many extremely poor people and children should be helped .we can't ignore their existence.
So,last week,we put aside our spare time to collect donations .The place we chose to go was the city centre,because we thought there would be many warm-heaarted people passing the place.Fortunately,the task went well as we expected.
We each carried a red box which to collect donations to wherever had many people.When we talked with the passers by about our intention,they immediately took out much money generously,which was out of our expectation.
In the end,we put the donations together and there were 5 thousand there!We were all out of joy.Finally,we took the money to the Red Cross.
We learnt a lot from this charity activity.We got to know the number of the people who should be helped was wery large.Though our efforts can far from afford to help them,I believed if everebody realized this and took action on it,the poor would never be poor.

We are so easy until we through the SiChuan earthquake.Now we are so clear that there are plenty of people who need our help very much.
Last week,I went to the central square with my classmates.we made a large red box which printed "Our little pay is big for them from SiChuan".No sooner ,many people put their money in the box.But to our surprised,the people are so devoted that we had never seen before. Some people contribute their daily's salary,some take all their money in the wallet.A girl even put her piggy bank into the box.
This experience pressed us deeply.Facing to the disaster,we try our best to face up,overcome and help.I believe we have enough brave to through any difficult.SiChuan is alive,we are alive,China is alive.
