看楼主打的这两段话,英语是真的需要提高~词汇量看起来是高中生,水平是初中生~
阅读,个人看法：
针对英语考试的话,阅读题基本做错有两种1.看不懂文题2.基本看懂了但是思考问题方式不对
第一种问题,缺的是基本功,单词不认识语法不熟悉文章自然看不懂.这种需要下死功夫,背好单词练好语法（语法其实只要基础的能划清句子结构,不被长句难倒即可——）.
第二种问题,则需要的是多联系阅读,不仅仅是多做题,也要平时多看一些英语材料如看些美剧学习英文歌曲~了解外国人的思维方式,照着他们的思路去想,做题时切忌钻牛角尖或者带着成见想题.
总之英语是积累的,勤下工夫一定能提高,楼主看起来是愿意学英语只是苦于无从下手的,加油!

英语学到最后基本就是词汇量的问题，平时多读多看，遇到不会的单词首先不要急着查，先自己揣摩，实在不会就查清意思，加大词汇量。没事的时候也可以翻翻词汇书，如果一篇文章大部分文字都懂了，再不理解文章意思那就是语文的问题了。

大量做题吧。英语都是这样积累起来的，没有扎实的功底投机取巧不可能提高的
