1. Nov. 28. 就可以了如果是不正式的邀请函,不能多加e也不用加th,th是读的时候读的
2. Nove.28th is my birthday. A birthday will be held in the hotel De Royal at 8:00 am on Nove.28th,内容重复,被动的句子听起来很奇怪,因为如果能用主动句子就用主动的,被动句子是有保持距离感的作用,不需要被动.只要 I will hold my birthday party at DeRoyal Hotel at 8 a.m. on November 28.就可以了,
3. and在书写里只能作为连句并且小写： I sincerely invite you to join us and we all look forward to seeing you there

5.署名的truly有点奇怪，应删去或改为 sincerely
