20世纪90年代以来,尤其是入世后在对外开放的推动下,江苏零售业经过10多年的发展,取得了惊人的成绩.随着外资的大举进入,零售业发展表现为规模迅速提升、新旧业态并存发展、市场集中度和零售业现代化水平提高.
但是,与国际零售业相比,江苏零售业仍然存在业态层次不齐、整体规模偏小、管理技术和管理水平差距偏大等诸多问题.今后,要想有效参与国际化竞争,提升民族产业的综合实力,信息化、品牌化、集团化、国际化是江苏零售业发展的必然趋势.

Since the 1990s, especially after China's WTO entry in the promotion of the opening to the outside world, Jiangsu retail after 10 years of development, has made amazing achievements.
