I was lucky enough to hold on to a piece of wood in the water. As I was struggling against the huge waves, I sensed that I was near an island. Suddenly another huge wave stroked me out of my consciousness.
When I woke up the next day, I found myself lying on the island already. Out of hungry and thirsty, I decided to explore the island first. There were no habitants on the island, but it was not deserted at all: plenty of trees surrounded the island and the fruits looked really tasty. Clear fountains were found between the rocks. Small wild animals, such as rabbits, were running in the grass and I’d really like to catch some for my barbeque. But I have to give up the idea for the lack of hunting tools.
I lived on fruits and water for quite a few days after that; everyday was slow but boring. I swam in the sea and then bathed in the sun on the beach all by myself. I felt so lonely with no company to talk to or play with.
Then I opened my eyes one morning on the beach and out of my ecstasy, I saw the shadow of a ship on the sea. I signaled it at once and shouted excitedly when I saw it drove towards me. As I got on the ship finally, I was saved.
