I think when we surfing the internet we can search for useful information which is good for our sutdy.And we can also chat with our friends and know many other people.It can also brodern our horizon.But if we spend too much time on the internet ,it will do harm to our study.So I think of course students can surf the internet,but we should make sure not to spend too much time on it .Maybe we can use it in our free time.

Surfing the Internet is good for many people. It is convenient for us to search the information that they need. But if we spend too much time online, we may don't care about our study any more. Even we may be addicted to playing the computer games. So we should limit the time we spend online. For example, we may set a time limit within 35 minutes.
