寒冬临近，因为压缩燃煤锅炉的使用，电力十分紧张，电路负荷空前重大，为解决写字楼取暖用电不足的矛盾，经与市电力局联系，经公司领导研究批准，现决定进行线路改造。由于施工带来的不便，请大家谅解。谢谢您对我们工作的支持。

We inform you that the approach of winter,because of the use of compressed coal-fired boilers cause the electricity power has supplied shortly,unprecedentedly the circuit load heavily,in order to solve contradiction about the shortage of electricity for heating the office,we have contacted with The Electricity Generating Authority of the city.At the same time,for leading by the approval of the study,we decided to reform lines.Please all could understand as the contruction of the inconvenience.
