第一句话其实两个答案都符合英语语法．但是按语言习惯上说的话,选择A更贴切．
Whether I will go or not depends on the weather的主语是Whether I will go or not,是由whether引导的名词从句．所以把Whether I will go or not这个主语看成一个整体的话,谓语动词用第三人称单数．
A,B不可以，意思虽通但前面的BE动词是IS 如果要接SOME 的话，就要用are
whether引导的主语从句就看成是一个名词，谓语动词就用第三人称单数
1.我觉得都可以,要根据语境.
2.主语是whther I go or not (我是否将去)
翻译:我是否去要根据天气.
所以用depends

应该选A，因为someting+adj 这种用法不常见。
用depends，因为Whether I will go or not这个词组才是主语。
nothing serious是说他没什么问题，B明显没这个搭配啊
前面有否定词啊！原句意思是我去不去完全取决于天气
楼主语感很好。应该是很多老师没有很好的思考，只是习惯性思维。所以A B都是语法上正确的句子。从人情上说，我们希望选择A吧。
第二句是主语从句。我能不能去是主语。
