Take a short break every hour.Play outdoor sports,like ping pong,badminton,basketball etc.
Take a brief nap during break time.Have a good rest is always a nice way to relax and recharge.
3.what is your favourite way to relax and tell your reasons
My favorite way to relax is by taking a short walk with my ipod on,which kills 3 birds with one stone.First I get to listen to my favorite music,shutting any noises out.Second,I get to exercise and get my vitamin D by walking in the sun.Third,I can be away from the classroom,the source of all my stress.

I enjoyed the following pieces ,attend teacher's lectures which needs us to focus our attention to every day ,moverover dinning sleeping as usual ,I feel very proude of what I did during the past week .
