肯定句末和疑问句末用 too,否定句末用 either ,都表示“也”.
eg.He can swim ,too.
Can you swim,too?
I can't swim ,either.

Too和Either意思本来就不一样，too表示两者都，either表示两者中的一个。否定句的话不能用too用的是neither。而疑问句一般不会对这种词进行提问，很可能出现的都是too，比如你也是嘛？（You too？）这类的。

either和too都可以当"也"讲,前者用在否定句中,后者用在肯定句或疑问句中.
Lily likes fruit. I like fruit, too. 莉莉喜欢水果，我也是。

too 表示“太”，有超出极限无法忍受之意。
