I’m talking about / Here is my advice about how to keep health/fit?As a middle shool studentfirst you’d better do more exercise such as playing ball games running swimming and jumping rope(绳子).Then you should pay attention to your diet or meals Don’t eat too much meat and suger but more vegetables and fruit.Third you need enough sleep or rest .Nextkeep yourself happy.As people often say smiling makes younger.Last you mustn’t drink wine or smoke .They are bad for your health.That is my advice.I hope you are healthy and enjoy your life.Thank youbye!

People are beginning to attach much more importance to their health these days than ever before.They begin to realize that good healthis the most valuable possession a person can have.However,many people don't know how to stay healthy although great efforts have been made in this regard.In my opinion,there are three things we can do if we want to be in good.
First,we should have the right food,because proper nutrition is the most important for good health.Avoid foods with lots of sugar and fat.Eat plenty of high protein foods,vegetables and fruits.Do not overeat.Secondly,we should get proper amount of sleep,because without enough sleep,we will often feel tired and irritable.Allow ourselves at least eight hours of sleep each day.Have a nap at noon if time permits.Finally,we should exercise regularly,because'life depends on exercise'.Regular exercise strengthens our hearts andlungs.In addition,it prevents us from putting on weight.
If everyone is to do so,there will be much less complaining about poor health and there will be much more happiness in our life.

With the improvement of people's life level,they start to care more about their health.However,some mistaken ideas about how to keep health still exist in people's minds,for they don't know they must do it from three aspects,namely the diet,the exercise,and the living habits.
As we know,people must have three meals a day,so we should correctly treat the three to have a proper diet,namely having less spicy food and desserts,more vegetables and fruit.Besides,we shouldn't work or study for too long everyday,do some proper sports can help us reduce the pressure and make us relaxed both on our body and mind.What's more,having enough sleep is also important,for it is the basis for people to face various affairs,challenges and difficulties.
I believe as long as we do so,we will own the health,and our life will be better.

In the past few years,the fast food starts to be popular among chinese people,especially the teenagers,not only because of its convenience,but also for its good taste and various food to choose from.
However,more and more fat persons come out,mainly due to the fast food,because they can hardly refuse the delicious food,such as the potato chips,the fried chicken,and the hamburgers,which can rapidly make people fatter and fatter.Therefore,I advise the fast food restaurants,such as the KFC,produce more healthy food with less fat and calory.In addition,launching more food made only by the fruit and vegetable,to replace the traditional drinks,including the coke and the coffee.
Therefore,even if we really have the desire to have fast food,we must remind ourselves that these food is not that healthy sometimes,and we'd better have as less as possible.
